Albion Water is delighted to announce that its proposed inset appointment at Chigwell has now reached consultation stage.
Ofwat have proposed to vary the Appointments of Albion Water Limited (“Albion Water”), Northumbrian Water Limited (“Northumbrian Water”) and Thames Water Utilities Limited (“Thames Water”) as water and sewerage companies.
The consultation period will last for 28 days to closing on the 19th November 2015. Having considered any representations, Ofwat will decide whether or not to make the variations to these companies’ appointments
